This photo studio in Mount Vernon, Ohio has quickly become one of my favorite studios to have photoshoots at. It is such a gorgeous and unique location and has all the natural light that makes my photographers heart so happy!
This was another branding session I did with some pieces from Christopher and Tobias, along with an appearance from the Dire Wolf Bonnet that we have from Native Fable. These are two of my favorite brands, partly because they’re small businesses owned by women, and they create their products in small batches.
The clothing company, Christopher and Tobias, uses organic fabrics that often times are OEKO-TEX certified, and also has extended sizes which is a huge deal for me with two boys who are quickly growing. My boys have always been tall and slender, and it has gotten impossible as they’ve gotten older to find clothes that will fit them on the waist while still being long enough at the ankles. Thats one of the many reasons I love the clothing from C+T, since she sews each piece by hand, she is able to personalize each piece to fit. I can order pants with a smaller waist size and longer length, that way it fits my kids perfectly.
If you have any favorite clothing companies for kids, let me know in the comments so I can check them out! I’m always on the lookout for brands that have similar interests to me and love supporting small businesses.
